Building a ceiling or walls on this level is not possible.
A fifth level is possible, but this level can only be a deck.
Building up, we can build up to four levels of enclosed rooms. When we run out of room on the lot, we can always build up or down. I decided to omit the outdoor shadows because it wouldn’t match the different variations.I’ll try to get this resolved as soon as I figure out what’s causing it lol. While this works fine on the right staircase, the left is causing routing issues when going down. Since this staircase is derived from the spiral staircase, it will snap to the staircase on the lower level.However, placing objects in the open middle area won’t cause any issues. The Sim will see the staircase as an obstruction. While you can place objects under the staircase, they will not be functional.The floor cutout on the right staircase can be a little wonky, adjusting placement makes it look as intended. I allowed objects, walls, and fences to intersect for customization purposes. With that being said, if you already have the modded Cottage staircase in your game, you do not need the NyS_GosikIngeScript package. This script is required for the functionality of this staircase. I included the script by Gosik and Inge in this download for those who do not have the modded version of the Cottage Staircase.In short, their script removes the animation from the staircase and allows the sims to just jump from point A to point B.
